Michigan has introduced a Click-Through Nexus and Affiliate sales tax bill.

Alabama is asking for a decision on the fuel tax for rail cars companies.  State of Alabama does not charge a fuel tax for other transportation companies.

Amazon Is collecting more sales tax from customers this week bringing the total number of States where Amazon is collecting sales tax to 16.
